Returns & exchanges

According to the decree no. 55 of the government of the russian federation dated january 19, 1998, perfumery and cosmetic goods and personal hygiene items are not subject to return and exchange.

Return or exchange of only goods of inadequate quality is allowed.

Claims are accepted within 10 days from receipt of the goods.

Return of goods is possible provided that its consumer properties and presentation are preserved (no traces of use, the presence of original, intact packaging and labels).
To return, you need to send a photo of the defective goods to the email address admin@romanovamakeup.com with the order number and description of the defect. our manager will contact you for further details.

If the defect of the goods is confirmed, you need to fill out an application for a refund.

You must attach a copy of your passport to the application, a photo of the cheque that came to you at the time of purchase (or insert a link to the cheque), or a scan-copy, if the goods were purchased by cash.

We will replace defective goods, or refund the full cost of the order and delivery. we can only make a full refund, partial refund of the order is not possible.
In case of return, the transfer of funds is carried out within 5 working days after receipt of the goods to our warehouse.

Refund is made on the same card with which the payment was made.

If the goods were purchased by cash, we will need your bank details, to which will be transferred the amount of the order.
